Improved information exchange between the different actors involved, including security practitioners.
Creation toolkits for law enforcement agencies, based and validated against the needs and requirements expressed by practitioners. Implement new tools, techniques, methods and methodologies to compare results produced by forensic organizations across Europe to contribute to the EU-wide consistency of forensic work.
Better identification and understanding of crime related traces and the activities that have led to the deposition of the traces. Support the development and implementation of the evidence base. Development of detection techniques of new explosive toolkits. Improved investigation capabilities and better identification of criminal activities. More effective and faster protection through improving coordination of reactions on crime.
