Core competencies

My research focuses on International Peace and Security Law, especially:
- International Law on the Use of Force (e.g. fight against terrorism);
- International Law of Armed Conflict;
- International Cybersecurity Law (e.g., prevention and reaction to cyberattacks and cyberterrorism by States and
non-State actors, prevention and reaction to cybercrimes, role of IT corporations in preventing and reacting to
harmful/unlawful online content);
- International Organisations Law;
- International and European Human Rights Law.

I am also interested in Comparative Public Law.
I can work at academic level in French, English and German. I could thus pursue comparative research in legal
issues related to security (e.g. regulation of content moderation by online platforms in several European countries).

Very happy to discuss a project collaboration.
