Core competencies
Joanna Kulesza specializes in international Internet law, the legal framework for Internet governance. Her research focus is on cybersecurity and human rights on-line, with emphasis on individual privacy. She is working on a due diligence standard for cybersecurity, identifying state obligations in respect of cyberthreats. In her research she also covers ISP obligations providing international cybersecurity as well as the limits of state authorisation for privacy invasions as a mean of preventing cyberthreats.
