Core competencies

Real-time Transcription of Lawful Interceptions

Provides an integrated platform in which contents arisen from lawful interceptions (phone calls) can be automatically transcribed (through the use of our ASR technology) and segmented according to the speaker (speaker diarization), allowing for the creation of multi-level descriptions of the spoken utterances, enabling the user to search the intercepted conversations inventory either for spoken terms or for the voice of a particular speaker, or both.

Automatic Live-subtitling of Broadcast Media Contents

VoiceInteraction pioneered the development and deployment of Fully-automatic Live-subtitling Solutions for Broadcast Contents in its early days. Those solutions were adopted by clients in the U.S., Brazil, Portugal, Chile and Peru. A language portfolio including almost all West-European Languages (we are open to developing models for new languages) combined with a state-of-the-art automatic speaker-independent transcription technology guaranties our partners high-quality transcriptions of nearly unlimited amounts of audiovisual materials.
In addition to the automatic speech transcription technology, VoiceInteraction also provides automatic speaker and language identification technologies, too.

Broadcast Monitoring (Reputation Monitoring and Security-related Applications)

The capability of VoiceInteractions speech transcription technology to operate faster than real-time (in addition to the use of speaker-independent recognition models) paved the way for the creation of an Real-time Broadcast Monitoring System, a platform that continuously records, analyzes and indexes the full TV and Radio broadcasts (or webcasts) and make results -- media contents and their transcriptions -- available to users through a web-based interface providing text and speaker search facilities. The system is suitable for Reputation Monitoring and Security-related Applications
