Core competencies
Experience in all types of research in Social Sciences, but specifically in the field of Security, Organized
Crime, Illegal Immigration, Trafficking in Human Beings, Profile of offenders and Risk assessment. The
Foundation has a big network of researchers with different backgrounds with a wide expertise in
interdisciplinary fields. We have participated in more than 26 national and european projects. Our
organization has agreements with Spanish Law enforcement Agencies, Judicial Institutions and
Penitentiary Institutions in order to conduct research projects having multidisciplinary approaches.We
also have a wide experience of research with inmate population and using police and judicial data for
research purposes.
